NASA Langley Welcomes NC Space Education Ambassadors

In June 2024, NC Space Education Ambassadors (NCSEA) from Crew 4 wrapped up a year of NASA mission-based professional development with a special trip to NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. Several NCSEA from Crews 1-3 also participated.

North Carolina Science Festival: Thousands Gather Across the State for Solar Eclipse Star Parties

On Friday, April 5th to Monday, April 8th, 2024, the 12th annual Statewide Star Party, a hallmark event of the NC Science Festival, unfolded across the state to thousands of eager attendees. This year's theme, "Sun and Moon," served as a fitting tribute to the solar eclipse that graced the skies on the event's final day.

NC Space Grant Welcomes 2023-2024 STEM Pre-Service Teacher Education Scholars

North Carolina Space Grant welcomes its new group of STEM Pre-Service Teacher Education Scholars. Throughout the academic year, this scholarship program will provide selected future teachers with NASA content in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) to enthusiastically teach impactful STEM topics.
